Each template is built for its specific mode of transportation. The fields, accessorial checkboxes, and compliance sections match what carriers, terminals, and receivers actually require for that freight type. Using a generic BOL when you're shipping hazmat, reefer, or over-dimensional freight creates risk — missing fields, unsigned certifications, and compliance gaps that show up at the worst possible time.
All templates include MyCommandTMS branding and are designed for coordination purposes. The BOL remains the primary shipping document and should be completed accurately for every shipment.
